Pay for your care
Pay by Direct Debit
To set up a Direct Debit payment, you can:
- set up a Direct Debit Instruction online
- complete a Direct Debit Instruction form and return it to your local Housing & Care 21 Manager, or post it to:
Credit Control Care Income
Once the Direct Debit is set up we will send you a Direct Debit advice note at least 10 days before any money comes out of your account. The advice note will tell you the payment amount that will be taken out of your account that month, as well as the date your account will be debited.
The Direct Debit payment will be taken from your account on the last working day of each month – the exact collection date will be shown on your advice note.
If you have any questions about your advice note please contact the Care Income Collections Department at least 3 working days before the collection date detailed on your advice note. To contact the Care Income Collections Department phone 0370 192 4040 and follow the options.
