Triple Blackburn with Darwen boost for Housing & Care 21

blackburn_resident_and_care_worker.jpgHousing & Care 21 has been successful in winning three care bids with Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, and are delighted to have been selected as one of the five care providers to deliver General Domiciliary Care. The contract, which starts on 2nd June, will run initially for two years and will allow Housing & Care 21 to continue to provide a high quality care service to older people living in Blackburn with Darwen.

Housing & Care 21 has also been chosen as one of the council’s 13 providers of domiciliary care for people with learning disabilities, providing an additional opportunity to deliver a high quality service to the diverse population in Blackburn with Darwen.

The third success sees Housing & Care 21 appointed to the Framework Agreement for the provision of residential, nursing and extra care, giving them the opportunity to provide a diverse range of care services and an opportunity to influence and develop services provided in Blackburn with Darwen, working as a key partner in enhancing the lives of vulnerable people living in the borough.
