New repairs and maintenance service launched for Oldham

Housing 21 in Oldham are delighted to announce that Cruden Property Services have been appointed as our new contractor dealing with all day to day repairs and maintenance. The partnership will be known as “Housing 21 Repairs” and will take over from our current contractor, First Choice Homes, on Sunday 23rd March.

From Monday 24th March the telephone number for reporting day to day repairs will change to Tel: 0800 032 1215 and the good news for tenants is that calls from a landline will be free. The lines are open 24 hours a day including weekends and all bank holidays.  Any calls made after that date to the old telephone number will be answered by an automated message, advising of the new Freephone number.

Both Housing 21 and Cruden are working closely to ensure a smooth transition and no disruption to the service.  Before operations start, Cruden’s staff will be based in Chambers Business Centre alongside Housing 21.
