Let's talk conference video out now.

This year's customer conference took place on
1 and 2 October at the Mercure Holland House Hotel in Bristol.

The conference theme this year was 'Let's talk' and centred on customers, residents and staff coming together to talk, listen and exchange ideas, to help us improve future services.

Around 105 customer delegates from around the country supported by relevant staff attended the conference, whichturned into a interesting, vibrant and interactive conference, with a real buzz to it and lots of opportunity to talk and listen.
