My Time, our new customer magazine, out now
Housing 21 is delighted to launch its new customer magazine, My Time. A result of extensive research which included focus groups and a questionnaire to nearly 2,000 of our residents, My Time replaces our previous customer magazine, Full House.
Boasting a newspaper style format, and available in three regional editions, the magazine gives us more scope to promote regional news from around Housing 21 and focus on individual stories.
As well as the regional stories, each edition will feature lifestyle articles, inspirational stories, competitions and news and information on Housing 21's services.
